This cozy beach cottage is on the ground floor and is 350 meters from the sandy beach called the 'Half Moon', pictures n. 6.
The villa is located in a residential area of newly built villas with large gardens.
The wide garden of this property is a large 100 square meters and it has a lawn.
The inside of the villa is a spacious 70 square meters, it consists of a dining room, a kitchenette, a small bathroom with shower and three bedrooms, one double and two other bedrooms each with a single bed.
The villa is equipped with a second entrance, where you can park your car, and there is a convenient outdoor shower for use after a day at the beach. There is nice veranda which is 25 square meters and includes a nice swinging chair. This villa is in a quiet residential area.
